At the Petco Foundation, we believe that every animal deserves to live its best life. And together, with animal lovers like you, we're working to create a better world for them. Something extraordinary happens when pets and people connect. A unique bond is formed that results in something powerful, not only between pets and people, but in a way that makes the world a better place. Our promise is to nurture that relationship completely–mind and body.

Rana Smith from the Petco Foundation presents Stray Hearts with a check for $100,000.00, $75,000 of which is restricted for the public low cost spay/neuter and vet clinic. Laurie Lambert's story about her dog, Blue was chosen by Petco as a winning Holiday Wishes entry that earned $25,000 for Stray Hearts. Harvey Yocum, Stray Hearts Executive Director, is also shown.

Humane Network is committed to helping communities dramatically and responsibly increase animal lifesaving and create sustainable results. walking rain productions 150x147The partnership with KNCE radio and Walking Rain Productions that began in 2015 for our Radiothon event allowed us to begin our mission of creating a Lifesaving organization. Our heartfelt thanks to KNCE Radio and Walking Rain Productions, who partnered with us and helped us raise over $65,000 in 2015, then a record for the Stray Hearts Radiothon event. With the support of KNCE radio in 2016, the Stray Hearts Radiothon raised over $150,000. And while that is a record for fundraising for us, the reality is that it represents 3 months of operating expenses.
