Is your dog missing? Though this is an upsetting situation, it's important to not panic. In many cases, dogs who don't come home on their own get picked up by Animal Control or good samaritans who just want to reunite the pup with their family.

Here’s what you can do:

Stray Hearts posts photos of stray dog and cat intakes on Facebook and Instagram. Call the shelter if you see your pet.

Contact Stray Hearts Animal Shelter: (575) 758-2981. Then fill out the online Lost & Found Report below.
Call Stray Hearts to make an appointment to visit the shelter to look for your pet. Bring a photo for proof of ownership.
Call KTAO Lost & Hound, (575) 751-8282.
Post a photo of your lost pet on the following Facebook pages. Be sure to include your contact information and where you last saw the pet.
